Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final.

Errors in filling your prescription

If you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us by one of the methods below.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Some treatments are billed as a recurring monthly subscription. The first-month price and the recurring monthly price are shown on the treatment page and at checkout before you pay. You are only charged for medication if a licensed clinician prescribes it.

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date by logging into your patient portal at patient.ajpeptide.com, emailing support@ajpeptide.com, or calling (855) 459-3556. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges for orders already processed are non-refundable.
